We are partnered with a family-owned industrial distribution business that is investing to add multiple new Outside Sales Representatives to their team. A true "hunter" mentality who enjoys the challenge of closing deals and opening new doors.
You will be the driving force behind the business’ growth, responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new client accounts. This role demands a highly motivated, self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You will actively pursue new business opportunities, foster long-term relationships, and create growth for our client by providing customers with exceptional service.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably within an industrial sector like petroleum, distribution, or related industries (e.g., energy, transportation, logistics).
Drive: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach and persistence.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication
Compensation:
Base salary is negotiable, and includes an uncapped commission plan
